Cody focuses her practice on civil and commercial dispute resolution and contentious regulatory matters, with an emphasis on shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, debt recovery, fraud, mareva injunctions and insolvency matters.
Before joining ZM Lawyers, Cody studies for her literature and law double degree at the University of Hong Kong from 2012 to 2017. During this time she studies international law as an exchange student at the University of Helsinki in Finland. She remained with the University of Hong Kong to complete her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 2018 and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2021. She also specializes in personal injury litigation, including employees’ compensation and medical negligence matters before joining ZM Lawyers.
