Emily Ip

Emily is developing a broad practice with a focus on civil litigation. She has handled litigations involving cross-border transactions, tax appeals and professional negligence claims.

With experience in contentious matrimonal matters, she has appeared as advocate for clients and successfully obtained injunction under the Domestic and Cohabitation Relationships Violence Ordinance.

Prior to joining ZM Lawyers, Emily had intensive training in commercial litigation as a trainee solicitor and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2023. She obtained her LL.B and P.C.LL from the University of Hong Kong. She also studied Law and Business French at the Université de Lorraine in France.
