Wilson Chong

Mr. Chong focuses his practice mainly on corporate finance, general commercial and fund formation matters. In particular, he accumulated experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate governance. He has been representing issuers and sponsors in initial public offerings and transfer of listings. Before joining ZML, Mr. Chong worked at leading Chinese real estate developer and international law firm in Hong Kong. He has provided legal services to clients from Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China, Singapore and the United States.
